Singapore Mainland Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Do note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Evershine Corporation does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Shipment Confirmation will be provided via email after your order is processed.
Evershine Corporation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Singapore mainland, please contact us if there is any requirement for shipping outside Singapore mainland.
Returns & Exchange

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Evershine Corporation reserves the right to reject the item returned if all of the above mentioned conditions are not met.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of your item or item(s) of similar value.
You will receive the exchange availability within a certain amount of days.
Please note that all items sold are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
